Open Doors

Have you ever felt unction’s within yourself to do something or even to not do something, which has saved your life? For example you are in a situation and you feel the dreaded urge to leave because “it doesn’t feel right” so you leave and you find out later something terrible happened. Or maybe you were driving on the freeway and God say’s get off the next exit, you don’t understand why because you actually have five more exits to go to your destination, however you get off anyway and later hear on the news a fatal accident occurred at the exact time God instructed you to exit. This same God who leads us to safety is the same God who leads us to our promises.

The promises of God cannot be found in a pill or witchcraft potion, they cannot be found on the side of the road, or by who you know. The promises of God are found on the other side of spiritual doors that are opened by keys given to us from Jesus (Matthew 16:19).

There are many doors in the kingdom of God, for example there are doors of opportunity, where you will be able to start your business, get your book published, or have a multimillion dollar idea that is acknowledged. Doors of abundance, where resources will flow to you that are needed for your assignments. Doors of influence, God will place you in positions to rule. There are even doors to marital relationships, friendships, business relationships where God places you in the right place to meet the right people.

I love reading Isaiah 61:3 were it informs us of more doors. Like if you have went thru the fire of affliction you can be given the key to the door of beauty for God said I will give you beauty for ashes. If you have mourned a loss of a relationship, child, business or anything, you can receive the key to the door of Joy, for God promised the oil of joy for our mourning. If you have the heaviness of the world on your heart, guess what beloved God has the key to the door of eternal praise waiting for you.

You may be saying I have gone thru so much, I have done all I know to do, yet I have not received my promises. Always remember this, the devil has no power over a believer. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. However there could be three things that are delaying the doors from opening to you

  • It’s just not time yet. God is taking you thru the process to equip you to handle the promises and not loss them when given. Too much is given much is required. (Luke 12:48) Esther was not equip to be queen and save her people the day she entered the palace. She had to go thru the 12 months of the purification just to be in the Kings presence. Surrender your will to the process and the doors will be open when you’re ready for the promises.

  • Lesson not learned. We have all been in school and we know we must past the test in order to get the credit. Search for the wisdom that God wants you to receive from the situations you are currently in and you will quickly passover. (Proverbs 3:13)

  • Motive: What will you do with the promise, God searches the heart of man. Everything that is done should be for the Glory of the Lord. And yes you can live in a mansion, drive the best cars, and travel around the world, as long as it brings glory to God. (Psalms 44:21, Psalms 24:10)

I decree and declare that the reader of this word will have an ear to hear the Lords voice with clear undistorted accuracy in order to follow His direction and instructions in order to receive the keys to all the spiritual doors of the Kingdom that God has promised them. That no devil will be able to deceive them in believing they are not able to live an abundant life on earth in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it. Isaiah 30:21
