Great Expectation

For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. ~ Romans 8:19

Take a moment to think about a time you were so excited about something big about to happen. You were expecting it with no uncertainty in your mind. It could have been your excitement about Christmas and getting presents, or your wedding day, marring the love God had sent you. How about when you were waited for the call regarding a job offer that you knew was yours due to your awesome interview.

That deep feeling of expectation and excitement is the same way the world is waiting for you to manifest. I can imagine the expectation the deaf and visually impaired community had when Helen Keller rose to advocate for their wellbeing. I can also see the excitement that the minority population in the United States felt in 1955 when the civil rights movement emerged and Dr. Martin Luther King took the stage.

What problem or crisis are you created to solve, in your family, neighborhood, city, country or the world. It’s not enough to complain with our friends about the injustices of the world it’s time to arise and shine and make the change you want to see happen.

If we ask Ms. Keller and Dr. King was it easy for them I am sure they would tell us no, but I know thru their life stories if we were to ask them was it worth it, they would tell us yes. And as beneficiaries of their great work we are grateful.

The world earnestly expects and waits for your greatness to shine like a city on a hill. So be the best you and DO LIFE BIG!
