The Journey of Preparation to Singleness, Marriage & Intimacy With God
Day 77: TAKING WHAT’S RIGHTFULLY MINE!
Today’s Lesson: Take what’s rightfully yours!
I can go so many directions on this post with the lesson God is giving us today, however we are going to park for a while at the right for you to be victorious.
In our journey of singleness, marriage and intimacy with God we are going to have our share of life. Life is unpredictable, life is painful, life that experiences loss and life that experiences the unknown. But one thing is for sure you are never alone.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. (Psalms 23)
There are many promises in this scripture texts, but focus your attention on the last verse “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life” repeat this out loud.
Never go a moment of your life without knowing that you have goodness forever with you. Everything good is available for you at all times for the rest of your life. And to top it with a cherry on top mercy is also with you. Meaning it’s nothing you have done or did not do to deserve this goodness.
So when the enemy tries to speak lies into your eye remind him to shut up and take several seats, because your goodness and mercy is right there.
Take what's rightfully yours! Which is all the goodness your heart can contain. Until tomorrow, say hello to goodness and say thank you to mercy.
With Beautiful Love
