The Journey of Preparation to Singleness, Marriage & Intimacy With God
Day 89: THE 10X LIFE
The greatest mistake we make on our journey of preparation to singleness, marriage and intimacy with God is to underestimate the level of effort it is required to be successful in these relationships.
I attended a seminar with the author of The 10X Rule, Grant Cardone. He was in a class all by himself. His energy, excitement and contagious level of setting the bar high for the event participants took us far beyond our normal comfort zones.
You see, Mr. Cardone was teaching us a valuable trade secret to success in setting goals and achieving them. And that is to operate in any effort with 10x action and execution. To go beyond the normal. Not setting limits. Riding yourself of average thinking and average actions. Thinking big. Setting goals 10X bigger than you think they should be. Knowing that the ability to be obsessed with a goal is not a disease. it’s a gift.
According to James 2:20 ...faith without works is dead.
What does this all mean in relationship to our journey?
Today’s Lesson: You can't afford to be a bench warmer, a bystander or a spectator in relation to your relationship with yourself, in or preparing for marriage, and in your relationship with God. Each of these relationships take work. For these relationships to be beautiful they will take The 10X kind of life.
Until tomorrow 10X your life and go over and beyond. Do more, say more, love more, spend more time, appreciate more, pray more, boast more about. Overall whatever you do to better those relationships do it supersized and on steroids.
With Beautiful Love
